Xero Accounting

Management System.

Xero Accounting software is made for small to medium businesses and sole traders designed to bring simplicity to accounting, payroll, and invoicing. Maica is natively integrated with Xero to ease the exchange of invoices for the purposes of claiming and reconciliation.

Invoice Synchronisation

Maica automatically generates the appropriate billing invoices based on services delivered or funding structures put into place. This includes NDIS billing, Aged Care billing, as well as recurring billing across multiple service agreements.

All invoices in Maica are synchronised to the Xero accounting software solution, depening on configuration, for ease of management, reconciliation, and debtor management.

Xero Payments Management

Once invoices have been synchronised to the Xero accounting software, you can start to manage any debtor collection, distribution, or reconciliation across all invoices.
1.
Any payments applied within Xero are synchronised back to Maica.
2.
This includes full or partial payments for any given invoice.
3.
All payments recorded in Xero are automatically reflected in Maica.

Maica Invoice Reporting

In addition to having a full automated integration between Maica and Xero, it is now also possible to user the underlying Salesforce platform to report on invoice status, totals, stages, among many other reporting dimensions.
